We will establish a relationship between your organisation and a fully trained Responsible Officer who you will nominate to act for your organisation. This is a contractual relationship directly with the doctor acting as your Responsible Officer. We will provide the necessary contract, memorandum of understanding and service level agreements to ensure that all aspects of the relationship are clearly established.

You will need to provide details of your service, personnel and activities so that we can configure our systems to accept data and information which you will submit. In addition, once we receive details of the doctors with whom you have a Prescribed Connection, we will set up accounts for them using our exclusive revalidation e-portfolio system. This will allow them to access the site online and upload their personal and professional information, including details of their appraisals and full scope of their practice. Your Responsible Officer will have supervisory access to the accounts which will allow them to monitor, provide advice and feedback upon the information uploaded.
